El padrino

Damian Chapa

"El Padrino" translates to "The Godfather" and is most famously the name for the 1972 film The Godfather (Il Padrino) in the original Italian version. It also refers to the lead character in that film, Don Vito Corleone, a powerful crime boss. Additionally, it's a title given to the Mexican drug trafficker Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo, who was a founder of the Guadalajara Cartel in the 1980s.
